  Running the company day to day including taking bookings, organising staff and liaising with the owner. I also work closely with the British Water Ski Federation (BWSF) to ensure the company meets high standards in order to keep our status of an affiliated Watersports School. During peak season in July I have to manage seventy students with twelve members of staff and five boats. The most popular programs we run are our youth camps and the BWSW Cutting Edge program. These have been set up to encourage as many children in to the sport as we can. I really enjoy running these camps as it is great to see the members improve every week and really begin to love the sport. As the manager of the company I am head of health and safety and have undertaken the safeguarding for children course. I also hold a valid first aid certificate. Show less
