  Served as a Winery Systems Engineering Intern executing cost-reduction and process-improvement projects for the Fresno Winery.- Developed an improved SOP, managed and performed a Solids Measurement Project for the current Destemmers in an effort to replace with new Destemmers with annual potential savings of $250,000. - Performed Benefit-Cost Analyses on an additional solar annual cleaning for Fresno & Livingston Wineries to improve power generations with total estimated annual energy savings up to $17,000. - Designed a Wastewater System Model to quantify, analyze & predict the amount of Gallons, TSS and COD discharged to POTW to reduce annual sewer bills of $1MM - $1.4MM.- Organized and diagnosed portable-pump shortage (337 in total) throughout the winery. Collaborated with Operations and Maintenance to develop countermeasures to optimize usage and reduce downtime.- Designed a Dashboard for the Wine Amelioration process to replace email communication between a cross-functional team by gathering, organizing and implementing feedback with high creative & active listening skills.- Performed and managed a Wine Distilling Materials Handling Project utilizing a sound velocity meter in an effort to automate the diverting valve to prevent water dilution of distilling-materials tanks.
