      Key achievements/projects: * Managed internal communications from Assistant Director-General to 1,500 QBuild staff. * Managed the delivery of the ‘Culture Conversation Series’ for Public Works, a seven-month, online learning and engagement program for more than 1,500 staff to address Working for Queensland survey results and build a safe, positive and respectful work environment. Each learning module was completed, on average, by more than 90 per cent of staff. * Designed and delivered communications to support the QBuild Transformation Program.* Strategic communications to support the Rebuilding QBuild Program. Show less Key achievements/projects:* Concept development and implementation of the department's stand in the Queensland Government precinct at the 2019 Ekka. * Strategic communication lead in Townsville for the deparment's response to the North Queensland Monsoon in January/February 2019.* Part of the team that delivered 15 community consultation sessions across the state to support the Queensland Building Plan.* Established staff 'Employee Opinion Survey Working Committees' across the state for Building and Asset Services in response to Working For Queensland Employee Opinion Survey Results. This initiative saw staff participation increase from 33% in 2013 to more than 90% in 2015.* Part of the Building and Asset Services Transformation Program team tasked with managing the merge of QBuild and Project Services.
