  My task start from receiving row hides and treating it through beam houses and tanning till wet blue including soaking& limning process. also flashing spill ting process.i m responsible for controlling the wet blue process from de-liming process till fixation of chromium hides. also responsible for the wet white process from A to Z.have the Quality control of the production .Stabilize the production quality.I have improved the quality in general .I had started many new articles which reflected on the volume of the production.Control of Leather coasting .i have skills of Planning for the production .Leather Technology knowledge and the previous experience in this field of leather Manufacturing .
