  Led a team of 15 in the execution of AFMC's safety management system. Developed, interpreted and evaluated the implementation of safety policy across the command. Provided strategic management of over 250 safety professionals across multiple disciplines: occupational, flight, test, range, directed energy, weapons/explosives and safety engineering. Ensured timely and accurate reporting and investigation of mishaps. Conducted flight test of C-130J aircraft. Developed, implemented and evaluated test and evaluation policy for AFMC. Oversaw development of test and evaluation elements of program objective memorandum. Ran USAF Test Pilot School selection and advisory boards. Managed AFMC's aircraft fleet and coordinated short term requirements with other commands. Ensured the security of AFMC's computer networks via monitoring and reporting of security violations. Led an organization of over 200 Air Force and Navy personnel responsible for development of the joint Hard Target Void Sensing Fuse (HTVSF), production of the Joint Programmable Fuse (JPF) and Developmental Systems Manager (DSM) function for the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM).
