  I currently oversee the movement of all packages which are processed through the Kansas City area. Leading all operations for hub and feeder departments in the state of Iowa. Overseeing the hub operations for the Davenport building. The management of all trailers moving within and out of the state of Iowa. Working to find the most cost effective way to move all volume in trailers across the country with the least amount of drivers. Working in the operation on the development of my management team to keep the procedures and process in place to keep our people safe, have excellent service, at the most cost effective way. Creating new processes for operators to follow to make the operation the most cost effective.
