Himanera Muda itself consists of several events such as Talk Show with Lecturer of the Department of Public Administration UI, Sharing Session with Alumnae & Senior, Sharing Session with Guest Speaker, Amazing Race, and Negara Muda Berkarya.As the Project Officer, my main responsibilities are:- Led a team of 10 divisions, overseeing the efforts of 54 committee members to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.- Supervised and evaluated decision-making processes across all divisions, enhancing overall performance and accountability.- Developed and implemented a comprehensive training and development program for 174 freshmen in the Public Administration Department, fostering essential skills and knowledge for their academic success. Many students feel uncertain about their abilities and not knowing which jobs are available on the market. Most significantly, the increasing competition in the professional world requires college graduates to have more skills than those taught in university.As a community that focuses on career development, UI Women in Business (UIWIB) facilitates graduates and students by holding the Weekend Career Expo, which aid them to find the right job and enter the world of work. This event will invite several companies and agencies to become sponsors, andmore than 60 communities and media partners to advertise our event, provide job offers and internships, training, and introduce companies to graduates and students through company visits and a mini casecompetition.As Director of Company Partnership, my main responsibilities are:- Supervised a team of 9 associates, ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end partnership activities, which successfully implemented in 6 series of events.- Developed and implemented collaborative work programs with companies across diverse industries by proactively reaching out and negotiating with over 300+ potential partners, resulting the establishment of a strong and long-term partnerships.- Successfully collaborated with 10+ company partners such as Loreal Indonesia, Mekari, Kearney, Aladin Bank, Amartha, etc. Show less
