  Position Summary:- Achieve the learning program designed for Management Trainee, focusing on Technology and Brewing areas.- The program is combined of dynamic learning methods including in-class training, on-the-job training through day-to-day work and work assignments.Achievement:- Manage 3 areas of Brewing, including Brewhouse, Fermentation & Filtration, in terms of technical issues, ISO&HACCP, safety, production planning, OPI calculation & TPM by join in AM.- Lead project to improves the infection on Fermenting process from 10% to 5% by using UPS with 4 team members.- Lead project to improves the water consumption of Brewhouse from 2.5l of water/ 1l of beer to 2.3l of water/ 1l of beer with 2 team members.
