Fibre: Order processing and provide Feedback; - Troubleshoot Network Related Issues;- Escalate Fibre faults by providing the relevant info to resolve the issue; - Work closely with Fibre Operations; - Report any network outages that our NOC division has not picked up. Hosting: - Email account Setup and advice on security measures to implement; - Assist clients connecting with Microsoft Exchange, and Google Suit (G Suite);- Assist Clients with migrating their site content from the old service provider to Afrihost;- Resolve Domain disputes and domain handling queries; - Null Domains at Afrihost- Troubleshoot and resolve dedicated server and cloud server-related issues, some complex queries are escalated to L2;- Email account routing, spam rules setup;- Troubleshoot and resolve DNS-related queries;- Assist and guide clients on how the Afrihost hosting environment works and advise on best practices and how to connect 3rd party services. - Assist with changing bad configurations for reseller hosting clients and advise on how to manage the reseller server;- Cpanel/WHM queries;- Any malicious activity that is against the Afrihost AUP to quarantined and notifies the party involved to take down their site or lock email spamming from our spam filter.
