Led an F&A team in support of the CIO enabling technology development and deployment through a variety of F&A disciplines: Financial Forecasting and Budgeting, Capital Budgeting, Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management, IT Asset Management, Telecom Expense Management, General Ledger/Monthly Close and Accounts Payable activities. Directed a consolidated accounting site in Manila, Philippines performing general ledger, billing and accounts payable activities supporting global operations. Established outsourced operations in Dalian, China, Hong Kong, and Gurgaon, India consisting of multiple vendors performing accounting processes from 10 countries including general ledger, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
