      Responsible for training & developing a 20-strong multi-lingual international assistance team, on behalf of travel insurers.The training I designed and implemented for 70 employees is both process driven and also customer and client focused. With a diverse range of contracts, each with its own set of expectations, I adapted training and coaching to meet their individual needs.- Producing new starter induction and training (including a two-week full-time New Starter course, plus Repatriation Training)- Setting up and guiding 70 new employees from their first day at the company and ongoing throughout their career- Delivering training, coaching and workshops as required (inc.       Product Manager for Rolls-Royce (since 2023)Overseeing the life-cycle of a portfolio of Leadership & complex/high-touch programmes. Engagement between Rolls-Royce, NIIT and the suppliers.Previously Senior Onsite Specialist based at Shell. - Responsible for ensuring that Shell learning and development runs efficiently for a portfolio of custom and expert courses. This role was divided into two main responsibilities: the first was arranging logistics for face-to-face learning events for internal personnel at venues across London, including liaising with the offshore team & supervising new team members.The logistics required included:- Sourcing & booking venues- Ensuring the rooms, layout and equipment were suitable, materials & appropriate catering is provided and the learner & facilitators' needs, as well as HSSE requirements were met. - Arranging social dinners or networking events, for which I researched appropriate high quality venues which provide value for money. - Offering advice and guidance to all stakeholders.
