  I play a key role in planning and implementing a successful and growing biennial conference and trade show. The WCS is attended by approximately 1500 people in the paint and coatings industry. We net close to $500K per show which is then distributed to four non-profit industry societies.Responsibilities:• Catering and convention services: Liase with convention centre and approve F&B, timing, room layouts, budgets for the various events and meals held throughout the show.• Welcome Reception: Organize a grand event for 900 guests. Develop a budget, choose venue, negotiate contracts, design the theme, coordinate with venders/sponsors/volunteers.
