Project manager and the design engineer of the demolition of Tanjong Kling Yard, one of the biggest shipyard in Singapore.- Planning and monitoring the overall schedule of the project- Involves in design of the drainage and platform level for the effective discharge to the sea or nearby PUB drain.- Involve in shore protection design - Prepare the Tender Documents and Drawings, include presenting in the tender briefing to all the tenderers- Liase with the authorities to obtain the approvals 2. Design Engineer for the HDB Upgrading Projects including roof facade upgrading, construction of linkway, upgrading of void deck, etc - Perform the structural engineering design for the upgrading work.- Prepare design and technical specifications for the tenders3. Design Engineer for JTC Projects- Liase with several authorities to handover the roads back to LTA - Project management including the joint inspection with the authorities to obtain CSC and the handover letter.4. Design Engineer for Kranji Industrial Building- Provide various Foundation Design Scheme to compare the cost and design the foundation using Eurocode and SAFE- Frame Design using ETABS and EC3 Excels Sheet- Various Detention Tank and Drainage Design 5. Reconstruction of Residential Building- Feasibility study of the existing building and provide a cost effective scheme - Frame structure design, including the design of underpinning piles- Coordinate with the Fibre Reinforced Polymer supplier on the design of the reinforcement of the existing structure to facilitate the loads incurred by the additional floors to the existing columns and foundations.
