  Manages all reservations within the park district including all athletic complex events, special events and day to day functions. Supervises all Visitor Services personnel. Manages office supply orders and inventory. Manages, audits and tracks all motor vehicle permits for the park district. Manages budget for Visitor Services department. I am in charge of all hiring paperwork including Payroll, Benefits and Leave Requests. I assist all current employees and new hires with filing out paperwork for benefits and payroll. I process payroll bi-weekly through the County's payroll system. In addition to HR I am also in charge of our Archive system, Motor Vehicle Permit system and ordering all office supplies. In the absence of my Supervisor I am in charge of keeping the daily processes of our department going.
