Projected budget and executed security projects worth 30Cr for 20 telecommunication nodes in Leh & Ladakh spread over 300 Kms as part of PAN India Telecommunication Project. Implemented site and critical asset security, workforce safety, identity and access control, data and information security and documentation safety. Ensured that organization’s security policies and SOPs are compliant with regulatory legislations. Prepared crisis management and business continuity plans for the critical services and assets. Ensured collaboration and coordination with emergency services. Fostered a culture of vigilance, accountability, inclusivity and continuous improvement in teams.
