  Major Responsibilities: Leading a maintenance team of 25 people consisting of Engineers, Technicians, Fitters, millwrights, helpers, welders and fabricators. This position is reporting to maintenance section head of KandhKot Gas Field. To plan, manage and supervise preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities of all rotary and stationary equipment installed on Gas Compression station and Dehydration plant of Kandhkot Gas Field with optimal use of resources. Identification of all major maintenance activities of critical machines, align all resources including spares, manpower, contractor services etc. Providing guidance & support to maintenance team on identifying critical issues, repetitive failure of rotating equipment (RCA) & work backlogs. To evaluate job performance for maintenance team and assist Maintenance Section Head to set key performance indicators for the department. Proposing REVEX and CAPEX budget of mechanical maintenance department as per annual maintenance plan and equipment needs.Major Achievements: Planned and successfully executed Major Overhauling of Siemens Gas Compressor STC-SV (10-7-B) having 02 process stages and volume flow rate 11000 M3 / hour. MOH activity was completely managed through inhouse resources starting from the planning, procurement of spares /consumables, arrangement of tools / special tools, execution, and commissioning of the compressor.  Successfully planned and supervised Gas Generator and Power Turbine service exchange activities of Siemens Gas Turbines SGT-400 by close coordination of Siemens Field Service Engineers. Prepared and finalized technical scope of works, identified spares and proposed budget for the activity in planning stage of this project.  Developed five years maintenance and inspection plan of production and safety critical machines and equipment. Show less Major Responsibilities: Implemented preventive maintenance and condition monitoring program on all rotary and stationary equipments of KandhKot Field Gas Compressor Station. Reviewed and revised maintenance strategies of rotary machines as per OEM recommendations and best industrial practices. Arranged indexing of spares with proper short & long text and assigned Reorder Levels & Reorder Quantities for correct and timely procurement of material. Planned and supervised Non-Intrusive Inspection of pressure vessels and baseline survey of process piping. Effectively utilized SAP system in managing PM and corrective maintenance activities. Developed work instructions, procedures and risk assessments to streamline and standardize maintenance activities. Conducting technical evaluation of bids for the procurement of spares. Planned and executed Dry Gas Seals replacement activities on 03 no Siemens Gas Compressors model STC-SV (10-7-B). Identified and arranged all required spares, tools, and special tools. Planned and supervised Top End, Intermediate and Major Overhauling’s of Cummins Gas Gensets 1.7 MW each. Aligned all resources like spares, tools and external services effectively. Safely executed all the overhauling jobs with close coordination of contractor’s staff. Show less Major Responsibilities: Actively participated in upgradation project of Rotojet effluent handling pumps “Enhancement of Capacity from 45 to 170 USGPM of each pump and Reduction of Pump Discharge Pressure from 1200 Psig to 475 Psig”. Planned and executed schedule 9000 hrs maintenance and CT1 blade replacement activities on three SGT-400 Gas Turbines with Siemens Field Service Engineers. Prepared Master Data (Functional Locations, Equipments, task lists, and maintenance schedules for Preventive Maintenance) for SAP-PM Module.  Participated in installation and commissioning activities of equipments/ machines installed at KandhKot field Gas Compression Station. Implemented Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) as a Management Representative. Safekeeping of expensive plant tools by preserving all available general and special purpose maintenance tools in good working condition. Preparing service contracts / framework orders for various services acquired while complying with Company / Government rules and regulations.  Conducting tool box meetings to establish scope of work, HSE requirement & permit to work system, special tools and material on a daily basis.
