  # Responsible for the complete execution of orders once the purchase orders are received and act as a single point of contact for customers and manufacturing.# Organize & attend Kick Off and Pre-Inspection Meetings with customers to imbibe project requirements and finalize scope of inspection# Review of BOM, Engineering drawings, customer Data sheets and all other project related documents. Submission of technical documents to customer and expedite timely approval for ease of manufacturing# Submit the OA and on time technical documents to client for review and get the approval to avoid document LD. If any comments review and send to concern department.# Preparation and submission of monthly progress reports to client. Expediting and monitoring production activities for timely dispatch.# Co-ordinate with manufacturing teams (machining, assembly & packing) and expedite.# raise the inspection call to client co-ordinate with TPI/Client and arrange the inspection activity. After inspection close all punch points and get the IRN/ Dispatch clearance.# After dispatch clearance invoice the material and co-ordinate logistic team to dispatch the material.# coordinate with accounts & arrange BG whenever required.# Submissions of required commercial (Invoice, LR details & Packing list, BG's etc.) documents to client and follow-up for payment.# Prepare the final documentation (MRB, VDB etc) and send to client for approval.
