      Part 146 Basic Mediation Training Facilitative Mediation

The training will introduce skills and approaches designed to assist in the mediation of court-annexed cases. The training will also address issues of ethics, identity, and culture in mediation. A certificate of completion will be issued at the conclusion of the program.This 30-hour training is approved for the 24-hour training under the Part 146 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge.
