  Making sure nonprofit assets were being spent as they should. Reviewed and analyzed annual financial statements and reports of public benefit organizations in order to detect any unlawful acitivity, and to assure completeness and accuracy of reports. Assisted and led complex field audits and investigations. Conducted legal, accounting and financial research for the Attorney-in-charge.

  Managed the day-to-day activities of protecting consumers from harmful acts by unethical and incompetent tax practitioners. While performing full-time as Chief Investigator, appointed to serve as Interim Administrator for nine months by representing the Board to the Oregon State Legislature for budgetary and other bills that became law. Reporting to and facilitating public meetings of the Governor appointed Board.

  Managing volunteers to actively visit the lonely and forgotten in care centers. Primarily to widows, the disabled elderly and those with intellectual disabilities. Developed start-up organization from initial concept through launch and then managing operations.
