  Spatial data warehouse conception projects :- Modeling and conception of a spatial data warehouse (PostgreSQL & PostGIS) for the INRA InfoSol unit (~ 50 members). The data warehouse is daily used to furnish fully prepared and well documented data sets for the InfoSol members. It's also used as a saving and distributing support of the InfoSol unit web mapping services.- Modelling and conception of a spatial data warehouse (PostgreSQL & PostGIS) for CSopra project. This project focus on estimating the impact of agricultural management in croplands, on the soil organic carbon dynamics and derive reference values for national GHG inventories. The data warehouse is used as a storing and distributing support of data sets (soil, agronomic, climatic) used by the different carbon stock prediction models. This database aim to store the trace metals analysis done on cropped soils of France. Statistical analysis (R software), mapping of results (ArcGIS and R softwares) :- mapping of the amount of trace metals on France territory with use of different kriging technics,- research of geostatistical methods in order to interpolate the combining of different kinds of metal trace.All the results have been recorded in a report intended to the ADEME (french Agency for the Environment and Energy Management).   Geomatics Engineer - application development

  Design and development (PHP object oriented) of an automatic geographic layer publishing application. This web services are automatically published on a Spatial Data Infrastructure (geOrchestra). The publishing is based on parameters stored in a PostgreSQL database. Every layer is published on a GeoServer and go with the metadata (in INSPIRE format) who are published on a GeoNetwork catalog.The production launch has already allowed to publish more than hundred of geographic layers and many will follow shortly. Moreover, this application is used for the publication of all future geographic layers created by members of InfoSol unit. Show less
