      PROJECT 1: Been part of the Uniqlo System Implementation Project of Silver Spark Apparel Ltd. - Unit 1. The company had received its first Uniqlo brand order, and its quality requirements were quite extensive. As a result, the project focused on synchronising the production system in accordance with Uniqlo standards. I collaborated with the company's Quality team on three major areas: 1. Broken Needle Management, 2. Metal Detection Management, and 3. Hazardous Tools Management.PROJECT 2: Another project concerned the visual management of the Jacket Line-4 for the GAP brand. The line was set up in accordance with GAP standards, which included the proper display of the Operation number and name, Process Sheet, Oil Control Card, Preventive Maintenance Card, TLS, Top 5 Defects, Identical Operation Board, and so on.
