Show less ERP evaluation for a Large Petro Chemical company in South Africa to recommend an ERP solution for a new division, this involved developing the requirements and generating the recommendation In 2007 I did an ERP evaluation and recommendation for a Non Ferrous metals company which again involved the development of requirements and recommendation of an ERP solution from a list of 5 potential solutions, I the project managed the implementation of the ERP solution (Dynamics AX) Project managed the implementation of a ERP upgrade for a duty free goods supplier in the absence of the CIO for the company Project stream leader to develop the ERP technology requirements for a platinum mine, this comprised the development of the IT and business landscape which could support the future strategies of the mining group, the process included the selection and validation of the technologies required to meet these needs. Project managed an initiation and business case development project for Procurement Transformation, for one of the big four financial institutions.Completed an engagement whereby I was the Programme manager on an enterprise business intelligence implementation of the SAS DW solution at a large short-term insurer. The role included the development of the road map for the deployment of the various solutions and analytical models. It was also required that I do the feasibility and recommendations to set up the Enterprise Programme office, manage the development of data governance standards, human resource change management processes, and provide the quality assurance role on the Programme.
