  Students on a UWL faculty-led program were taught classes on abnormal psychology and women's health. During the day, we would in class and would lean about the cultual around us, take basic thai language classes, and navigate the area traveling to the ISDSI campus. In the afternoon, we went out of Thai students from the university volunteered to practice their English while showing other students around Chiang Mai, Thailand. Once a week out of the four weeks, week afternoon and weekend, we went on excursions to the Bangkok hospital, Chiang Mai University Counseling Service Center, KuaMung Thail traditional medicine clinic, Mother and child hospital, Wild flowers domestic shelter, had a cross-cultural counseling panel, Hongunal cooking school, Patara elephant farm, siamaya chocolate factory and the Wat Phalad and Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.
