I worked on creating and building relationships with both internal and external audiences by using communication methods I learned whilst at BT. • Trained to deliver the plan, build, install and commission of customer networks providing right first time customer service.• Trained in delivering Install, routines and repair on Systems like ECI install following an e2e process • Direct and inspire myself and team members to be part of a brilliant team through the Continuous Improvement processes as a trained OCIL• Professionally conduct BAU activities on all installations including Jumpering, site safety checks.• Completed box swap transition work for Telefonica• High energy and personal resilience – continually champion what is right for the business and our customer maximising and protecting shareholder value.Key AchievementsBritish Telecom : Field Engineer : September 2016 – April 2018. In this role I learned to install, maintain and repair the telecommunication platforms on customer sites. The types of tasks I conducted were varied and could include: The end to end installation process installing full ECI Chassis from start to finish, MDF and DDF jumpering. The customer is key in the provision of the best possible service. I worked in a variety of different sites which ranged from telephone exchanges to working at the roadside on telefonica upgrades. In this role I always maintained a willingness for hard work and effort to carry out my duties to the best of my abilities and help others achieve their goals. Show less
