In this role I learned to install, maintain and repair the telecommunication platforms on customer sites. The types of tasks I conducted were varied and could include: The end to end installation process installing full ECI Chassis from start to finish, MDF and DDF jumpering. The customer is key in the provision of the best possible service. I worked in a variety of different sites which ranged from telephone exchanges to working at the roadside on telefonica upgrades.
