Full responsibility of implementing the IQ project in Bihar state. Complete the IC project according to company expectations. Changed the GTM RS and brought Patna to a growth of 17% over 2009.Perfected distribution and increased the coverage of Central Patna. Direct coverage increased to 2049 from 890 outlets covered by the then RS. Merged the kiosk business with the GTM business to gain infrastructure requirement needed for the small business.
