  Working effectively with a fantastic team on a diverse range of task forces and projects to support collaboration between business and universities in the UK.Food Economy Task Force:I supported the work of a range of individuals from Government, universities and business, devising practical, research-based solutions to develop a more productive and sustainable UK agri-food sector. Responsibilities included:- Recruiting Task Force members and providing stakeholders and current members with work stream updates (written and verbal), often at CEO/Vice-Chancellor/Director level.- Conducting extensive desk-based research, coordinating work stream outputs, and collating and summarising complex material related to the project.- Organising meetings and events for up to 25 attendees and generating meeting papers and follow-up actions.Talent 2030 National Engineering Competition for Girls: Managing Talent 2030’s involvement with the Big Bang Fair 2014 at the NEC. This included coordinating over 150 attendees, of which, 60 competition finalists showcased their work to the public across 18 stands.London Fusion (Creative and Digital Industry Project): Completing and submitting claim packs and timesheet information in line with European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) guide lines.   For my Sustainable Development MSc I undertook a ten-week industrial placement for GAP. Here I produced a report on the relationship between materialism and well-being. The work examines several behavioural intervention tools to enable people to reduce unnecessary consumption and engage in more fulfilling practices to boost personal well-being. It includes an extensive review of both environmental and psychological research, including sections on mindfulness, gratitude, voluntary simplicity and experiential consumption. Show less
