  Associate Greek Regional Coordinator for Michigan Lower Peninsula

  Worked as a Campus Staff and then as a Regional Coordinator (managing staff) in the Michigan Lower Peninsula. As a campus staff I ran a chapter of over 300 students at Hillsdale College and focused on leadership development and navigating cultural change. I was then promoted to overseeing fraternity and sorority ministry in the state of Michigan: a team of five staff and over 600 students. I also received training and built experience in leading multi-ethnic teams.

  Director of Experiential Storytelling (DES) will create, develop, and implement experiential opportunities (live, virtual, synchronous and asynchronous, on-campus and off-campus, etc.) for key stakeholder groups to understand and become part of the Albion story. The DES will frequently adapt and adopt best practices from across an array of higher education fields (advancement, admissions, communications and marketing, academics, student development, etc.) as institutional priorities change. This role will have primary responsibility for leading strategy and recruiting guests to participate in events and engagement experience to increase the understanding and loyalty to purpose, belonging and action as strategic pillars of Albion College. The DES will cultivate support and engagement of all campus stakeholders by leading with a sense of community, collaboration and delegation to expand partnerships and participation.
