  I advise and train newly hired instructors in company policies and procedures, student conflict management, and current instructional techniques.I monitor and instruct a wide variety of students, all with a unique lesson plan.I am selected to attend marketing events in order to build publicity, which has led to an increase in student membership and parent involvement.

  I collaborated with the Director to organize the Research Emposium booth at the Walk to End Alzheimer’sI educated the public as a representative at 6 community events by promoting knowledge and support for the Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias to increase awareness of the disease and the organization’s cause.I participated in community and physician outreach to encourage the spread and awareness of the Alzheimer's disease.
