  Job Responsibilities: Develop supplier relationships based on company requirements.  Review product quality and market pricing using a comparative statement (CS).  Select suppliers based on the buyer's nominated.  Purchase goods from foreign suppliers, EPZ, and local factories.  Create bookings in ERP software and send to suppliers for timely delivery within the agreed lead time.  Monitor goods arrival as per the plan.  Track inventory levels and ensure safety stock is maintained.  Follow up on foreign, EPZ and local purchases.  Collect Proforma Invoices (PI) from suppliers according to product specifications and company guidelines.  Verify the PI for product type, H.S. code, Incoterms, and other terms and conditions.  Forward the PI to the commercial team for L/C issuance or to meet the supplier’s required payment terms. কম দেখুন
