I also maintain all of our physical security equipment, including card readers, cameras, and video recorders. I gathered and interpreted data to make informed recommendations on significant projects and expenditures. I also supervised a team of analysts who assisted me with those tasks and responsibilities. I supervised the daily operations of the agency's primary mailroom and data entry team. This involved consistent document categorization and resource implementation to achieve weekly KPIs. I was also the main responder to the agency's case information hotline. I drafted and edited numerous SOPs and trained colleagues on proper protocol and compliance with court rules
