  Management of engineering design for global projects. This includes technical sales, tender coordination, engineering design, project management and project close out as well as R&D of new equipment. Managing the Canadian office that services all of Northern America. This role includes technical sales, project management, tender preparation, commercial and accounts. The intention of this role is to develop the new Canadian office and secure IMP's position in the North American market. Managing the engineering design of robotic laboratories for the mining industry for Australian projects as well as projects abroad. This has included projects for BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto, Citic Pacific Mining, Roy Hill, SGS, ALS and Minanalytical to name a few. These projects vary from small automated systems to perform a small part of the analytical process to full end to end automation from sampling to analysis where no manual steps are required. Design and implementation of robotic laboratories for the mining industry. This includes PLC and SCADA programming, process flows, instrumentation and mechanical design. Main role includes project management, design and technical sales.

  Managing a large team covering proposals, engineering and project management who execute projects globally. This teams goal is to seamlessly transition from concept through design to final handover for all SPA(M) projects. While looking after the team as a whole, I also fill the role of Engineering Manager ensuring the quality and safety of our projects are our number one focus.
