Successful go-live as planned without business interruption and with a very good feedback from end-users and auditors.• Supported the financial community with the use of the GLOBE F&C solution. Accelerate issues’ resolution; promote new functionalities; train users; stay up-to-date on financial standards; keep active communication up and running. Volume of issues is decreasing while the satisfaction of end-users is increasing. The users are more and more autonomous with the GLOBE solution and tools. • Implemented the new collaborative methodology NCE in the BS Finance department. Train the participants (business and support team); introduce standard visual communication board; voluntary enrollment for the “Goal Alignment Pillar” team. Successful achievement demonstrated with the “gate opening” millstone.• Improved existing guidelines about Super User Network. Identify the key success factors of a living Super User Network, collect evidences of best practices in markets and communicate worldwide the full documentation. The new guidelines have been validated by the executive board and widely communicated with a very good feedback.• Coordinated and animated the Super User Network for the Finance & Control community. Identify training curricula, manage the training sessions, updates on new features of F&C topics and write a monthly newsletter.
