  At the NBB, I worked in a rotation at two branches: Exhibition Road branch and A’ali branch. I also worked in the Card Centre at the Headoffice. In the retail branches I gained an overview of various activities from taking deposits by the teller and opening bank accounts by the customer service representative to authorizing loans by the branch managers. On the other hand, my experience at the Card Centre made familiar with how they manage cards for customers whether it is debt or credit card new or stolen, and how the card centre is essential when interacting with merchants by providing them with card machines and services.
