Equipping power transformers with OLTC (on-load tap-changer MR-Germany) has been my forte, and I've gone above and beyond by developing "Low carbon footprint" amorphous alloy ribbon transformers in accordance with Metglas Hitachi - Japan.To streamline the CAD process and meet challenging deadlines, I've implemented VB-codes, which have reduced the process time by 50%. This has allowed us to meet our departmental KPIs while keeping tight schedules.As part of a Lean manufacturing project, I proposed new tools that increased productivity by an impressive 75%, demonstrating my ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.In addition, I've leveraged the power of VR and AR to assess the potential, strengths, and flaws of a design, resulting in a remarkable 90% reduction in production errors.
