      I had successfully completed the 100 hours Quality Assurance – Software Tester conducted by Azimut Vision in Brasov.The course was split in two parts: Manual Testing and Automation testing. Theoretical and practical lessons were provided twice a week and on the course end I took the exam with grade 8.75.       I am responsible for maintaining the stocks on the Electronic department. I am helping the clients with their issues, providing products as they need.Also, I worked on the front office tester block for electronic devices. I had to know the Romanian and European legislation regarding product warranty both physical and online shop. This job was challenging as good communication skills were necessary, but also empathy and patience.All electronic devices from the store had to be verified after the client purchasing the product; understanding the description from the user manual (most of them in English) was necessary for completing my daily tasks. I was part of a team, and we had to maintain the professional relationship by updating with the latest news regarding stocks, and recurrent problems of the electronic devices. I was always a reliable co-worker.I was maintaining a relationship with the electronic providers and service firms that repair the defect devices.
