  The DMS department qualifies, conforms and delivers movies and series to streaming (VOD) platforms among which: Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.In this role I was responsible for managing the day to day business of the Digital Media Services (DMS) department which consists out of 2 branches, which are; the front office, and the operations department. I am the manager of 7 direct reports who work at the front office (7fte: 5 coordinators and 2 operations team leads), and 20 indirect reports from the operations dept. (20fte: operators). Additionally I manage client accounts and partnerships, conduct sales and lead projects.Key responsibilities:• Manage client-, and operations support dept. (7fte)• Manage day-to-day operations dept.
