  Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 as part of the digital transformation rolling out across British Columbia:- Implemented the Victims Safety Unit (VSU) steam in the new Client Operational Access System (COAST). An integrated Dynamics/CORNET system utilised by victim services provided in the Justice sector.- Implemented the case/complaint management system for CSU (Community Safety Unit), part of the AG's (Attorney-General) initiative to utilize MS Dynamics as their primary CRM across all their units. - Implemented the SPD - Cannabis Security Screening Project (SPICE) for AG as well.
