  I co-owned and co-omanaged first bio-certified bakery in Poland. I was responsible for hiring and training employees. I managed orders, planned production and assigned tasks to our whole team. I successfully applied for bio-certification - I prepared all necessary documents, implemented required prodecures and I was responsible for maintaining certification (receiving external controllers). I was also a contact person for customers. Besides all that I baked and prepared cakes :)
