       Remote Network integration & Configuration Management has end-to-end responsibility for managing network acceptance and changes to the network. Roll out sites creation Ultra/Flexi/Flexi Multi Radio through MML and xml in BSC. Views creation BSC/BTS/E1/T1/Sub-Views in the OSS. Network expansion activities (Adding TRX / Sector addition/ BTS Splitting). Implementing Frequency Retunes on multiple BSCs, using CM Editor-Plan. Assigning Timeslots on Abis pool, bypassing of timeslots for cascading of two or more BTS and LMU on same E1/T1 using Remote BTS Manager. Coordination with Field Engineers for BTS commission, integration & Troubleshooting. Licence activation to the BTS (additional E1/T1, Cascaded E1/T1, TRX addition, MHA & RET activation). Upgrading BTS/WBTS/LNBTS software’s remotely using Software Manager. Building sites in RNC using COCO (ATM) or IPNB configuration. Defining Neighbor / Handover parameters. Modifying the WBTS parameter Like WCELL, HSUPA, HSDPA, COCO etc. WBTS rehoming as per customer requirements. Making the status of cells as per customer networks for LTE networks. LTE view creation in OSS  Fetching post files and Commissioning report from LTE sites using Management plane IP for Cell site Acceptance.
