Hired as the third member of a four-person team to support the organization’s training needs and ascended based on performance excellence. Ensured the highest level of accuracy and detail while creating and editing procedural documentation to meet organizational knowledge management needs. Leveraged people management skills to work closely with subject matter experts of various departments to design, develop, create, and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning and in-person training material and class content.
