  Inspection carried out as per the client specification, required code and standard, issued purchase order, approved drawing and inspection test plan. Control the planning schedule, day to day plan achievement. Completing as per the schedule. Coordinating with client, conducting weekly meeting, call for inspection, discuss technical quires, up-date schedule plan weekly, monthly, submission of work activates and work progress. Material inspection: Inspection on receiving material to the factory. Review the received material with respect to the material test certificate required as per the approved drawing & maintain raw material log book. Pre-Fabrication: inspection on material marking and cutting as per the drawing. Fit-up inspection, certificate verification on tack-welders, and release for welding. Spot inspection of Nozzle neck/hole marking, cutting and fit-up. Fabrication: Preparation of welding procedure specifications (WPS). Inspection on inside/outside welding and maintain the quality of welding. Daily inspection of weld metals, Welding parameters like depth of welding, leg length, throat length within tolerance or not. Conducting welder performance qualification test as per the approved welding procedure specifications. Monitoring performance of the welder through various NDT methods. After fabrication: NDT carried out as per the requirement by approved procedure. Inspection on qualified person carried out the testing, review the document . Inspection on PWHT. After Completing Internal Inspection & Documentation, Inspection Calls offered to client, updating in status. After Inspection making Inspection call as well as maintaining Call status. After receive Memo / Inspection clearance, comply for the further action / Inspection Certificate. Checking materials in painted condition with proper erection marking & planning for dispatch Schedule and Making Documentation for the same as per PO. Show less
