  - Shadowed supervisors in Major & Planned Gifts in the Institutional Advancement department, observing specialized stewardship for each major donor, 8-figure ask strategies to fund major projects, and strategic conversations between IA and research and exhibitions teams- Planned for annual trustees Field Forward Symposium, including creating a task schedule for the Symposium team, drafting, designing, and editing the Save the Date and Invitation, and inviting panelists to participate - Designed family trees to visualize philanthropic families, created a template for future departmental use, and taught my team members how to best utilize these new resources- Photographed the Field’s new dinosaur with special attention to donor credit blocks, digitally designed a stewardship scrapbook to recognize and thank one of the Field’s most generous donors- Gave Behind the Scenes tours of the museum’s facilities, collections, and special exhibitions for major donors Show less
