  Managed programming, outreach, fundraising, accounting and operations for a youth-focused non-profit serving 40 youth in Northern Colorado and Northern California. Managed smooth transition of local office from a satellite of a Seattle-based organization, to an independent 501(c)3 based in Colorado. Collaborated with former parent organization to ensure partnership that was mutually beneficial to both organizations. Supported fundraising initiatives, marketing, and community collaboration for a satellite office of a youth empowerment focused non-profit.

  Develops and executes effective programming to empower high school students in Northern Colorado and Northern California to become the leaders of today. Global Leaders focuses on leadership development through local service learning and international service trips, helping our students develop the skills they need to be change makers and community builders.Manages administration (including participant recruitment, budgeting & financial management, client management & relations, outcome assessment) of 5 unique programs serving over 100 youth. Collaborates on curriculum of 4 programs. Founded and develops all curriculum of one new program. Manages all organizational fundraising and development, including individual giving campaigns, and benefit event planning and execution. Collaborates directly with Executive Director and Board on organizational strategy and staff development. Responsible for all non-profit compliance, and retains organization in good standing. Served as chaperone on 9 international service-learning trips to Guatemala, and as lead chaperone on 4 of those. Led 2 new journey development trips to Ghana and the US Southwest. Collaborated with Executive Director to increase organizational budget by 400% in 5 years, and increased clients served by over 300% in 5 years.Resident office music tyrant, and teller of dumb jokes that make teenagers (and adults) roll their eyes.
