Trained their Engineers, Operators and Technicians on new process equipment.Led team in Packages Lahore to install 43 energy analyzers on their Network (Janitza UMG96 RMEL, CPM-12A) configuration of Water (Shanghai Kent KEFN), Air (HLUG) and Steam (KURZ-454FTB, Omni OGF5400, VFM60, VFM60MV) flow meters through MDC-714 Modbus Concentrators and developed SCADA (Winlog Pro) to show their parameters remotely (on website).Developed full plant control and monitoring SCADA (Wonderware 2017) and two Beijer T150 HMIs (Information Designer) for PEPSICO International Hattar.Mechanical modification on yogurt processing and packaging machine at Nestle, Shiekhupura.Designed LED lights manufacturing line for Crestpak, Islamabad. Created conveyor Oven SCADA on JMobile. Supervised production staff, installed, commissioned, and maintained glue mixing, glue laying, holder crimping, pin punching, light testing etc. machines. Designed, installed and commissioned heating chamber, configured temperature controller DTA9696R0.Developed SCADA (Winlog) and Wecon PI9150 HMI (PIStudio) for Air Weapons Complex AWC to control turbines and configured Omron CJ1W-SPU01-V2 to log data.Developed Wintek HMI (Easy Builder Pro) for Secretariat energy monitoring under Enercon.
