  Oversaw RCC’s Associated Student Government organization where I led 50+ student leaders, delegated weekly tasks and special projects, chaired weekly Executive Cabinet meetings, drafted agendas, and provided presentations on relevant business items. I met with the President of Riverside City College and Academic Senate staff on a regular basis to discuss student needs and develop ways that the school’s administration and faculty could better support them. I also helped lead and organize numerous events benefitting students, including a policing forum in collaboration with the Ujima Project that aimed to develop cooperation and understanding between campus law enforcement and students, especially students of color.   Served as the Student Trustee Pro-Tempore for Riverside Community College District, representing over 35,000 students from Riverside City College, Moreno Valley College, and Norco College. In this role, I increased the attendance of students at weekly Board of Trustee meetings through outreach to student leaders which resulted in increased student representation at these meetings. I additionally advocated for underserved students which resulted in implementation of guidelines/policies aimed at supporting these students across our three campuses. Show less

  Prepared a grant proposal in collaboration with a team of 4 that delegated $60,000 towards subsidizing carpool parking permits for low-income commuter students at UC Berkeley and helped to develop the logistical plan for instituting this program along with stakeholders such as the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) and Berkeley Parking & Transportation. I additionally utilized Qualtrics to survey resident satisfaction in a themed residence hall, analyzed respondent data, and wrote a report to provide to program managers to help with improving student needs and satisfaction. I utilized an operations control system where I monitored and assigned over 1,000 field cases, and developed and analyzed reports to keep track of field staff performance and ensure quality and progress towards Area Census Office goals.

Developed a data analysis plan with a team of 4 for Fuchila Fresheners, an air freshener brand, that supported the brand’s advertising and marketing objectives.
