  My role with Future consisted of a range of tasks which included phoning clients and potential new customers to help revitalise old business. Such tasks helped further develop my communication and customer service skills. I became capable of using CRM systems including Netsuite and Qlikview whilst also developing competent Excel skills. The role also involved data cleansing exercises to help improve efficiency within the sales department and collaborate robust sets of data.
