  I have been with Ultimate VBC for 3 years. I coached for the first 2 years at the club before being promoted to the supervisor of the 15s-18s division. In the position I oversee and manage the coaches in the older age group by coordinating their warm-ups and making sure they are planning and executing effective practice plans and assisting in college recruiting.

  Graduate Assistant

  With my experience as a Division I athlete at the University of Illinois, I earned a position as the graduate assistant to influence the young athletes with my knowledge of the game of volleyball. Along with assisting with the training of the athletes, I also perform office work and other responsibilities such as producing scouting reports, dissecting film, organizing out reach opportunities for the athletes, and producing a newsletter that is sent to supporters 3 times a semester.
