  I conducted workshops and developed innovation projects for the software, developing both the UX/UI and coding some Front End elements (in HTML, CSS). In addition, I participated in creation of a Software Quality department, being responsible for the Scrum of the team. I already acted with Marketing (Graphic Design and Social Media) and Endomarketing, as well as BMP (Business Management Process) innovating the company's support sector process with a strategy that has solved the company's churn, reducing it by 16.5% in just 4 months of implementation. I also created a section Relationship with the Customer, responsible for satisfaction surveys with the customer portfolio from the company. To carry out my projects I used tools such as benchmarking, Design Thinking, A/B testing, usability testing, high fidelity prototype. In addition, I coordinated 2 collaborators: 1 to carry out software quality tests and 1 to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and assist in the preparation of reports. Show less

  I participated in the foundation of the product sector, establishing processes and division of tasks, understanding the workflow and organizing the demands. I develop complex user experience projects daily through schematizations by User Flows, Information Architecture and related tools. In addition to developing prototypes in High Fidelity representing the graphical interface. I deliver a high standard document in the hands of the developers for them to more easily develop the elaborate project.
