      Primary responsibility for product roadmaps relating to Rocket’s suite of Business Intelligence and Strategic Management software solutions.• Led the establishment and implementation of Rocket’s current ‘persona delineated’ twin product strategy for the BI/A space – with one ‘developer centric’ product and another oriented to the self-service paradigm.• Lead participant in the vision and scoping of a new to market self-service BI tool, Rocket Discover. From establishing the architecture through early prototyping to demo, alpha and beta drops and finally full production releases (1.1, 1.2, 1.5).• Relentless focus on UX as a primary development driver working with UX colleagues to ensure genuine ease of use from the outset.• Maintaining regular cadence with product marketing function to ensure that value prop is effectively communicated across multiple mediums/channels/geos.• Authoring/updating (in collaboration with product marketing) key docs: Roadmap and data sheets battlecard docs• Devising and delivering internal (sales, pro serv, ID, Support) and external (partners, early adopters, beta participants) product enablement activities.• Organising and conducting beta programmes ahead of key releases – from objective setting to participant recruitment, collating interview feedback and assessing its impact on product strategy/release schedule etc.• Establishing and maintaining a key library of presentation/documentation based assets for use at wide range of presentations – both webinars and live to internal and external stakeholders• Authored key articles and blog posts setting out the fundamentals of problems faced in data analytics today and how our technology solves them• Staying of current ‘real world’ market requirements through extensive outreach work, visiting customer (and prospect) sites, conducting win/loss analysis, organising CABs and attending user group meetings.
