      - Recent role as the 17 CSS Brigade MRUAS trial co-ordnator, responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant MRUAS BVLOS operations from multiple sub-units across dispersed locations within a complex airspace environment in the Shoalwater Bay Training area for Exercise Talisman Sabre 19. This role required direct interaction with Senior ADF Officers, Airspace Control and Airworthiness Authorities and participating units within a Tri Service environment in order to develop and implement TTPs that would ensure safe operation for all airspace users whilst achieving the aims of the trial by enabling a wide range of flying activities.- Experienced in delivering a variety of logistic support and supply chain solutions, transport and fleet management activities with a particular focus in managing air logistic operations with the ADF. - This includes airdrop, air-land, helicopter under slung, personnel parachuting and air terminal operations. This improved the flexibility of the workforce by increasing utilisation of specialist capabilities, allowed easier cross training between product types and enabled far greater flexibility across the operation to meet periods of high demand. - Implemented a major process improvement at TAA. This included redesigning the entire floorplan in multiple sites, project managing the modifications and re-commissioning all equipment and facilities. The new layout significantly improved efficiency by improving the flow of work and the reduction of transportation waste. The move included structural modifications to the facility and the relocation of major assets and equipment. Live production was not impacted, customer deliveries were still met and the changes were implemented on time and on budget.- Increased our primary product line output at TAA by 30 to 35% per year for four consecutive years while reducing the average job turnaround time (TAT) by more than 60% in 95% of jobs in one year and maintained this throughout further operations.- Local representative of the Global Corporate Methods Group, specialising in benchmarking, improvement and standardisation of policies, technical publications, work procedures and practices, quality and technical support.       - I report to the various Accountable Managers for the Quality and Safety Assurance functions across the four AOC’s and multiple AMO’s throughout the Rex Group. I manage a geographically dispersed team of safety and quality professionals who oversee a diverse variety of aviation activities ranging from an extensive RPT network, freight, charter and air ambulance operations, fast jet and special mission support to the ADF and pilot training.- As part of my current role, I am the approved Quality and Safety Manager for all Engineering operations across the Rex Group (Part 42, Part 145, Part 147 and CAR 30). When required I also act as the Group Safety Manager and the General Manager of the Human Factors Group (HFG) comprising the Safety, Compliance and QA, Security, Human Factors/ NTS and Dangerous Goods shared functions. I have a broad exposure to a range of aviation legislation and I ensure the Rex Group QMS remains compliant in accordance with various regulatory approvals and ISO 9001.- I co-ordinate and host all Rex Group external audits and regularly liaise with external stakeholders, approved suppliers and a variety of Regulators in order to maintain approvals from CASA, GCAA (UAE), ISO 9001, BARS, OGP and OTS. My team and I proactively identify hazards during internal audits, assess and identify areas for improvement and work with the relevant management team to implement changes through thorough root cause analysis and the implementation of robust corrective and preventative actions.- I hold a degree in Aviation Management, have completed additional specialist courses in Aviation Safety Management, Safety Management Systems and Aircraft Accident Investigation and I am an Approved ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Level 1 Investigator.
